STATUS 12/23/21: We’ve been getting several reports from Oculus users having install problems or a black screen after the Mighty Coconut logo. Oculus has been having server issues which they are working to solve, and are recommending an uninstall and reinstall.

If you had downloaded the Gardens of Babylon update (whether you bought the DLC or not), that included cloud save features so all your data should be safe, and should update automatically as soon as your headset is able to connect to Oculus properly to retrieve your user ID. If you hadn’t downloaded the Gardens of Babylon update, please give us a couple days to get past the Oculus server issues, and then email and we’ll see what we can do to help retrieve the lost data.
